Currently a three-person group is looking for a new associate to expand into secondary market and help with increasing patient volumes. They are looking for a board certified or board eligible physician that has their residency training in the United States. They currently have approximately 14,000 active charts. Each physician sees between 25-40 patients per day, with an excellent payor mix, being 40% Medicare, 30% Medicaid and 30% commercial insurance. Ideally anyone with robotic and/or laproscopic urology training would be an asset. Currently maintain an office where they could do vasectomies, prostate biopsies and TUMs in the office. Physician and family health insurance is available. Retirement plan is available, 20 days of vacation per year, 7 days of CME and professional dues are a part of this package, as well as an automobile lease and communication equipment (ie cell phone, pager, PDA and laptop computer). Partnership would be offered at the end of the second year and there would be a slight buy-in for hard assets only. The need is acute for this group. They maintain offices in Springfield, Ohio where they cover three acute care hospitals. Call schedule would be 1:4.
